Frontier Housing is a non-for-profit 501(c)(3) corporation established in 1975, with it's main objective being to develop, own and manage affordable housing for the low to moderate
income families and to participate in economic development activities for the betterment of the public it serves. FHC is funded in part by the State of New York's Division of Housing and Community Renewal under the Preservation
Program (RPP). Presently Frontier serves the townships of Brownville, Lyme, Hounsfield, Henderson, Adams, Ellisburg, Rodman, Lorraine and Worth.

These services are available to income-qualified families, elderly and disabled. FHC also offers commercial space to various businesses and participates in community development activities.
