Owner Occupied Rehabilitation

Frontier Housing Corporation continually applies for and administers federal, state and other grants targeted toward helping low and moderate income families to live in safe, decent, and affordable housing.

Frontier's primary housing program is the Owner Occupied Rehabilitation Program, which provides grant funds to income-eligible homeowners. Funds often cover 100% of the costs of rehabilitating a home.

The Owner Occupied Rehabilitation Program serves the following townships:

Brownville, Hounsfield, Henderson, Lyme, Adams, Ellisburg, Rodman, Lorraine and Worth.
